Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Fischbach's office once again participated in the Congressional Art Competition. The office received over 45 submissions from students across the Seventh Congressional District.
"I am encouraged to see the number of talented students we have in the Seventh Congressional District," said Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach. "Congratulations to Shoshannah for winning first place with her piece, ‘Sunset Summer Nights.’” Her art piece will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol. Congratulations to Carlie, Sidney, and Braxton on their second place and honorable mentions that will be placed in my D.C. and district offices. I appreciate each student taking the time to work on their art and submit it to the competition. Thank you to the art teachers and school administrators who work to assist the students and encourage them in their creative ventures."
