7th Congressional District Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach took the oath of office for the third time on Friday. She will be a part of the 119th Congress with President Donald Trump, and newly re-elected Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.
Fischbach says she will be working to secure the border, protect our communities, and bring sanity and common sense back to the federal government. She says Republicans are working on a bill to protect women in sports, and a bill to require proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
Fischbach was first elected to Congress back in 2020.
