Willmar, MN - Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (MN-07) was in Fergus Falls recently. She met with Fergus Falls Mayor Anthony Hicks, city staff, and representatives from Vistal and Moore Engineering. The group shared information about current legislation that would benefit employees who work for companies that have employee stock ownership (ESOP). ESOP is a program that allows employees to be directly invested in the companies that they work for. The group also discussed some of the recent infrastructure funding that Congresswoman Fischbach has secured for the district. They thanked her for her work getting those dollars to communities that truly need them to improve their basic infrastructure. Congresswoman Fischbach supports smaller communities and will continue to make sure rural areas have the resources they need.
