Washington, D.C. - Today, the House passed H.R. 2811, the Limit, Save, Grow Act.
"Republicans are committed to reining in the irresponsible spending in Washington and passing legislation that truly helps Americans," said Rep. Fischbach. "We have a great leadership team, and I appreciate them working to address and understand the issues that are important to Minnesota's 7th District as we pass this necessary legislation. I hope the Senate and President Biden will be as serious as House Republicans were in their debt ceiling negotiations."
H.R. 2811 will limit federal spending, save taxpayer dollars, and grow the economy, and in exchange for these pro-growth policies, the debt ceiling would be responsibly lifted through March 31, 2024, or by $1.5 trillion, which ever occurs sooner.
