Minnesota Congressman Brad Finstad in a letter to Speaker Mike Johnson seeking swift passage of the farm bill. Sixty House Republicans joined Finstad in the letter including North Dakota Representative Kelly Armstrong, South Dakota Representative Dusty Johnson, Minnesota Representative Michelle Fischbach and Minnesota Representative Pete Stauber. The letter said more than 92 percent of planted U.S. acres are represented by Republican members and “the farm bill is a critical agenda item that must be addressed in this Congress.”
